Troubleshooting your repair:

Before calling the Pepsi Repair Hotline there are a few troubleshooting checks you should try:

  • Verify that there is electrical power to the outlet and the circuit breaker is not blown.
  •  Verify that the machine is completely plugged into the outlet.
  • Verify that the CO2 tank gauge is not in the red and the valve is open.
  • If you have changed the CO2 cylinder, run the valve until bubbles appear.
  • Verify that you are not out of product.

  • Verify that there is electrical power to the outlet and the circuit breaker is not blown.
  •  Verify that the machine is completely plugged into the outlet.

  • Verify that there is electrical power to the outlet and the circuit breaker is not blown.
  •  Verify that the machine is completely plugged into the outlet.
  • Push all selection buttons.
  • After performing the checks above, deposit money in the machine to see if it works properly.

  • Verify that there is electrical power to the outlet and the circuit breaker is not blown.
  • Verify that the machine is completely plugged into the outlet.
  • Verify that the master power switch is in the ON position.
