Information for New Customers

To establish a new account with GPC contact your local representative or call the appropriate GPC distributor and we’ll connect you with a representative who will work with you to suit your individual needs.

Credit Application

To establish a credit account with the GPC, please speak with a member of our sales team before completing our Credit Application. For your convenience, you can download this document below.

Sales Tax Exemption Certificates

For your convenience, we have links below to the Department of Revenue for Wisconsin, Minnesota, and Iowa to download at your convenience.  Please fill out the appropriate form and return the appropriate state form if you are eligible to claim exemption from state sales taxes.
